Dealer Evaluation Process

How dealer performance gets scored, what each tier pays, and the perks that come with it.

• 2x per year: formal tier review, alongside town halls
• 4x per year, before series: technical skills quiz
• year-round: player feedback collected in-app, manager observations

Dealer Tiers

How you're scored

• each of these points have their own weight
• the total of everything sums to a score out of 10
• these scores are not absolute values to determine your tier, but used as a strong evaluator

Time Management System

• Your time management score is partially calculated using the tardiness rate
• tardiness rate = incident points / shifts worked
• Poor time management may result in shifts lost or no more scheduled shifts
• Dealers who show up late will take on the shift on a lower rank of the day (or they will swap with the dealer who took over)
  • if they decide to not deal the shift because it’s too low and they do not find an appropriate dealer to replace them, they will receive a score of 3
• Dealers who opt to play instead of deal and want to deal after playing are automatically put to the bottom of the list of dealers
• Dealers who are late for a 1st shift may be subject to lose a 1st shift in the future and will have to be the 2nd shift. This will be applied to tourney dealers.
